In 2007, the company pled guilty to felony charges related to its illegal marketing of Xyrem for off-label use.[
The company is also a member of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).”

17 listopada ub.r. kurs akcji spółki wyłamał się w górę z kształtującej się od lutego 2023 konsolidacji i nie dotarł jeszcze do celu sugerowanego przez jej rozmiary.
Kurs akcji spółki przebywa obecnie powyżej swojej rosnącej średniej 50-sesyjnej, która znajduje się nad zwyżkującą średnią 200-sesyjną kursu.
